This page describes how we put our reviews and guides together. We want to be straight with you about our process.
Our reviews are research-based
Pure Vape Reviews produces research-based reviews and guides. We do not run a physical testing lab, and we don’t claim hands-on lab testing we haven’t performed. Instead, our content is built from manufacturer specifications, published data and research, regulatory information, retailer pricing, and aggregated user feedback and reviews from across the web.
What we look at
When we compare vapes, pods, and e-liquids, we research consistent criteria:
| Criterion | What we research |
|---|---|
| Flavor & range | Reported taste accuracy and the variety available |
| Performance | Claimed and reported vapor, throat hit, and consistency |
| Battery & longevity | Claimed puff count vs. real-world reports, charge time |
| Build & design | Reported reliability, leaks, and portability |
| Value & price | Current pricing and value vs. competitors |
What we don’t do
- We don’t claim hands-on testing we didn’t perform.
- We don’t make medical or safety claims beyond what evidence and manufacturer testing support.
- We currently have no financial relationships that could influence a review.
Health and safety
Vaping carries health risks, and nicotine is addictive. Our reviews assess products on reported performance and value, not as health endorsements. Health-related claims are reviewed by a qualified medical professional — see our Editorial Policy.
